Take a tour of our Market!

The bakery is busy at 5am baking fresh breads and pies; the chickens are threaded on skewers and put in the bar-b-q ovens; fresh salads, prepared foods, and desserts are being prepared; 12 kinds of fresh sausage and gorgeous steaks and roasts are going into the meat cases; the Pennsylvania Dutch Market is getting ready for the day.

Several of the Amish ladies are hanging a new handmade quilt and beautiful photographs are being lined up in wooden boxes. All over the building new merchandise is being unpacked and set on shelves. The 20+ shops of the Pennsylvania Dutch Market are about to open and there is an air of excitement.

Come prepared to stroll the aisles slowly, taking in all of the aromas and sights. Take time to watch the Amish soft pretzels being made and examine all of the sweet smelling candles, hand made soaps, lotions, and hand creams. While you shop, have a necklace made of beads from all over the world or choose beads from the thousands here and take them home to do yourself.

With 4 eateries and 20+ shops, there is something for everyone in the unique shopping experience of the Pennsylvania Dutch Market.
